2. Booking Policy

• Eligibility:
  Participants must be at least 5 years old to ride in a sidecar. An adult must accompany passengers under 18 years of age.
  Booking Method:
  All tours must be booked in advance through our website, email, or phone.
• Confirmation:
  After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all your tour details.
• Accuracy:
  It is your responsibility to submit accurate information during the booking process, including your name, contact information, pickup location (if applicable), and any accessibility requirements.

3. Payment Terms

• Pricing:
  Prices are listed in USD and include any applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.
• Payment Method:
  We require full payment at the time of booking via our secure online platform. We accept credit/debit cards and other options as shown at checkout.
• Secure Processing:
  All payments are processed through third-party providers using encrypted connections. We do not store your credit card information.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

a. Customer Cancellations

• More than 48 hours before the tour:
  A full refund is available.
• Less than 48 hours before the tour:
  No refund unless due to verifiable medical or emergencies.
• No-shows:
  No refunds.

b. Company Cancellations

• Weather Conditions:
  Tours can be canceled or rescheduled due to unsafe weather (e.g., thunderstorms, ice, heavy snow).
• Mechanical Issues or Staff Availability:
  If we cancel due to internal reasons, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
• Notification:
  We will be notifying you by email or phone as soon as possible if cancellation is necessary.

5. Tour Requirements & Safety

• Safety Gear:
  Helmets and other required safety equipment will be provided and must be worn at all times.
• Rider Agreement:
  By participating in a tour, you agree to follow all instructions from your guide and operate with care and respect for public roads and pedestrians.
• Health & Fitness:
  Participants should be in generally good health and able to get in and out of the sidecar without help, unless otherwise specified.
• Impairment:
  We reserve the right to refuse our services to any participant who is under the influence of drugs or alcohol without any refund.

6. Accessibility

Making accommodations for clients with disabilities is our goal. Please inform us prior to or during the reservation process if anyone requires assistance, such as mobility or communication support. Although not every motorcycle meets ADA standards, we will do our best to provide accessible options.

7. Liability Waiver

By participating in a tour, you acknowledge and accept the following terms:

• There are inherent risks associated with motorcycle-related activities, including but not limited to accidents, weather hazards, and poor road conditions.
• You knowingly accept any risks, both known and unknown, associated with your involvement.
• You agree to release and hold harmless The American Riders, its employees, contractors, and affiliates from any type of claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from injury, damage, or loss during the tour, except in cases of proven gross negligence.

8. Photography & Media

• During tours, we may take photos or videos for promotional purposes.
• By joining a tour, you grant The American Riders permission to use your likeness in marketing materials, social media, or the website, unless you notify us in writing in advance.
• If you share your photos with us, we may feature them on our website or social platforms, giving you credit.

9. Gift Cards & Vouchers

• Gift cards and vouchers are not refundable and must be used within 12 months after purchase.
• They may be transferred to others but cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Booking using a gift voucher must be made in advance and is subject to availability.

10. Website Use

• You may not use our website for unlawful purposes or interfere with its proper operation.
• All content on our website is the property of The American Riders or used under license. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
• We reserve the right to update or change website content and pricing without notice.

11. Intellectual Property

All rights reserved. The American Riders name, logo, brand elements, and tour designs are protected by copyright and trademark law. An unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are wholly governed and implemented in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, disregarding its conflict of law principles. Any disputes that take place will be resolved in Cook County, Illinois.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve all the rights to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any Updates made will be posted on our website, accompanied by the effective date. The continued use of our services after revisions or updates shows acceptance of the updated Terms.
